We respect our clients and if something goes wrong, please contact
us and we will help you. If received goods are not as described, damaged due to manufacturing fault, or is damaged because of transportation, we will issue a refund or replacement.
We cannot guarantee that Amber healing works for everyone, as well as we regret we do not offer certification for our silver jewellery – however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item (provided it is unused and it is in its original packaging). Items can be returned within one month after receiving it. Buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
